AIR Assessment (Non-OWI)
Assessment, information, referral (AIR). An AIR Non-OWI assessment can be court ordered for non-OWI related offenses. AIR assessments can also be recommended by a school, workplace, family or friends. All appointments are in person. We do not accept insurance.

ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
ARC will help people and families as they navigate their way through what can sometimes be a challenging time. Our alcohol and other drug assessment will help determine what type of education or if needed treatment is necessary if you or your loved one is struggling with alcohol and/or drugs. Whatever the case, our trained assessors are here to help determine the root cause of the behavior through our assessment process, and assist with services to intervene early.

What is an assessment?
During the assessment process, you or your loved one will meet with the assessor for approximately one hour. During this time, the assessor gathers information to better understand the root cause of the alcohol and drug use, mental health or trauma, and provides education or treatment referrals
What is the purpose?
The purpose of this assessment is to discuss and evaluate your use of alcohol and other drugs as the result. The result of the assessment is the development of a Referral Plan designed to reduce your risk of any future health or impairment related to your use.
What fees are involved?
The fee for an AIR/AODA assessment is $225 and is due up front to book an appointment. We do not accept insurance. If other steps of care (education, classes, counseling, etc.) are recommended, extra fees could be involved.
Where will the appointment be located?
All assessments will be IN PERSON appointments. Please make proper arrangements when scheduling your appointment.
We are located at N27W23960 Paul Rd Ste 201, Pewaukee, WI 53072. We are in the West Wind Office Park on the corner of Hwy 164 and Paul Rd and our suite is on the top floor.
