Narcan is used as an emergency means to stop an overdose from resulting in the death of an individual. In addition to offering people another chance at recovery, Naloxone could also save a child, a pet or an elderly person who has accidentally overdosed and needs assistance. ARC can provide this life-saving training in person or virtually and there is no cost for the training.


Detour is an alcohol and drug program for people under the age of 21 that is designed to gently but powerfully challenge common beliefs and attitudes that directly contribute to high-risk alcohol and drug use. The program goals are to reduce the risk for health problems and impairment problems. Participants for this class should be under the age of 21 who have received an underage drinking ticket or possession of a controlled substance, in violation of an athletic code, are facing expulsion, or are interested in learning more about prevention.


UTURN is a six hour suspension/ ticket alternative program to a nicotine offense. UTURN’s goal is to reduce the risk for health problems that are associated with using vapes and other nicotine devices. Participants will receive a workbook, certificate of completion and a “Quit Kit” which includes items that have been shown to help people find the motivation to quit and curb cravings. Participants for this class should be under the age of 21 and have received a possession of nicotine ticket, are in violation of an athletic code, are facing suspension, or are interested in quitting nicotine.


Resist the Influence (RTI) is a research-based youth prevention program that aims to delay the first use and/or prevent the misuse of substances such as alcohol, marijuana, and vaping devices. RTI provides youth and young adults with the ability to assess their own risk levels and make lifestyle choices that reflect their values and who they are.
