Important Agency Update
We want to share an important update with you.
Addiction Resource Council, Inc. and Family Service of Waukesha County will be merging on April 1, 2026. This change allows us to offer more support and resources for individuals and families in our community.
As part of this transition, Addiction Resource Council, Inc. will relocate its operations to Family Service.
New Location: 2727 N. Grandview Blvd, Suite 205, Waukesha, WI 53188.
Any services as of March 30th will be located at this new address. The phone number and email addresses for both organizations will remain the same for now.

What’s most important for you to know:
For clients
Your services will continue as scheduled. Assessments, Detour/UTURN classes, Victim Impact Panels, RTI classes will continue.
All assessments scheduled on or after March 30th will be held at the address listed above on Grandview Blvd.
The people you work with are still here for you. All services and systems will continue as normal.

There is nothing you need to do at this time.
For providers and community partners
Referral processes will remain consistent in the near term.
Any documents mailed will need to be forwarded to 2727 N. Grandview Blvd, Suite 205, Waukesha, WI 53188.
Services will continue without disruption.
ARC will still be the designated facility for Waukesha County for IDP/DSP Assessments for OWI offenses.
Over time, we anticipate expanded offerings and streamlined coordination.
